    Who It’s For

This program is designed for you if:

You want to enjoy holiday meals without guilt or overdoing it. You love the traditions and flavors of the season, but you don’t want to feel weighed down, uncomfortable, or regretful afterward.

You’re tired of starting every January in “reset mode.” You’ve done the cycle of indulging through December and then trying to undo it all in the New Year. This time, you want a different approach — one that helps you carry momentum forward.

You’re looking for real strategies that work in everyday life. You don’t need another strict meal plan or rigid meditation schedule. You want practical tools to handle stress, food, and balance in the middle of holiday parties, family gatherings, and busy schedules.

You like the idea of building resilience with both nutrition and mindfulness. You know food is part of the picture, but so is mindset. You’re ready to strengthen your habits, improve your relationship with food, and feel calmer, more present, and more in control this season.

This program is for anyone who wants to move through the holidays with more balance, more ease, and more joy — without restriction, burnout, or starting over when the calendar turns to January.

    What You’ll Get

    Three Weekly Live Sessions
Join us for three 60-minute live Zoom sessions on November 4, 11, and 18. Each session blends functional nutrition and mindfulness in a way that’s simple, practical, and doable during the holiday season.

    Two Coaches, Two Perspectives
You’ll get the benefit of two expert coaches:

Nutrition: Sandra Carrasco, Functional Nutritionist & Restorative Health Practitioner — helping you balance your plate, manage cravings, and enjoy holiday foods without guilt.

Mindfulness: Annie Ferguson, Certified Mindfulness Practitioner & M.Ed Wellness Focused — guiding you through stress-reduction tools and mindful practices to shift habits and calm your mind.

Weekly Resources You Can Use Right Away
Each week, you’ll receive practical tools to put into action: recipes, reflection prompts, and simple strategies that fit into real life. These aren’t theoretical ideas — they’re tools you’ll use at the table, at parties, and in everyday moments this season.

    Replay Access
Can’t make a session live? No problem. You’ll get the full replay recordings so you can watch (or re-watch) on your own time.

    Supportive PDF Guides
You’ll also receive beautifully designed guides — including worksheets, meal planning tools, and mindfulness cards — to help you apply what you’ve learned right away and keep it accessible when you need it most.

    Group Chat Community
Stay connected between sessions with a private group chat. This is your space for encouragement, accountability, and real-time support. You’ll get weekly prompts, space to celebrate wins, and answers to your questions so you always feel supported.

    Why It Works

Sandra brings functional nutrition made simple. You’ll learn how to build balanced plates, steady your energy, and still enjoy your favorite holiday foods without guilt. Her approach focuses on realistic food strategies that fit into busy, real life — no complicated rules or deprivation.

Annie brings mindfulness practices that are practical and doable. Instead of long meditations, you’ll get simple tools to pause, reset, and shift how you respond to stress and cravings. These small moments of awareness make it easier to change habits that usually trip people up during the holidays.

Together, you get a holistic approach that blends food and mindset. This is what makes the program different — it’s not about restriction or willpower, it’s about working with your body and your mind. The result? You move through the season with more balance and calm, without feeling like you have to “start over” in January.
