Why I Created This Course
In working with clients who have used or are coming off GLP-1s, I kept hearing the same thing: “I was told to eat more protein and maybe lift weights… but no one told me how to actually do it — or how to feel normal again off the shot.” I built this course to fill that gap with clear, realistic guidance rooted in real food, functional nutrition, and what your body actually needs to stay strong and stable long-term.

Who I Am
I’m a functional nutritionist who helps people use food and lifestyle to feel better in their bodies — without extreme diets or burnout. I specialize in helping men and women rebuild metabolism, stabilize blood sugar, and find an approach that’s doable and sustainable.
