Your Deep Dive Session
Most people have never had someone look at the full picture. This is that session.
Before we meet, I've already read your file. You complete a detailed intake. I review it before we get on the call. We spend our 90 minutes on analysis — not catch-up.
Every supplement gets a verdict. Send me everything you're taking. We go through it — what stays, what goes, what's missing, and what might be working against you.
Your labs, in context. I look at where your numbers sit within the range, how markers relate to each other, and what your symptoms add to the picture.
Symptoms connected, not listed. Fatigue, brain fog, weight that won't move, sleep that's shifted — the pattern across all of them tells a story that none of them tells alone.
A prioritized plan, not a to-do list. You don't leave with 40 things to fix. You leave with a clear sequence — what matters most, what to do first, and why the order matters.
Everything in writing. A full written summary of what we covered, what we found, and exactly where to start — yours to keep, reference, and bring to your other providers.

Your Optimization Program
The Deep Dive gave you the full picture and a clear starting point. The Optimization Program is where you actually move the needle — consistently, strategically, and with someone helping you stay on track every step of the way.
Most people know what they should be doing. What they don't have is someone adjusting the plan as their body responds, their labs shift, and life gets in the way. That's what this is.
Sessions built around where you are right now — not where you were 3 months ago. Bi-weekly or monthly sessions, 45 to 60 minutes, structured around what's changed and what's next. Every conversation picks up where the last one left off. You're never starting over.
Something concrete after every session. A protocol update, a lab interpretation, a supplement change — something specific you can act on before we meet again. Nothing vague. Always a clear next step.
A protocol that moves with you. Your nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle levers are refined continuously as your body responds. What works at month one may not be what you need at month four. We adjust.
Your supplements, optimized as you go. The Deep Dive gave us a baseline. As your program progresses, your supplement protocol is continuously reviewed and refined — so you're only taking what's still earning its place, in the right form, at the right dose, for where you are now.
Direct messaging between sessions. Questions don't wait for the next appointment. Open access means you have someone in your corner, not just on the calendar.
Physician coordination when it matters. If something warrants a conversation with your care team, I help facilitate it. Your doctors stay in the loop.

Four Months
The Optimization Program starts with a four-month commitment. That's the minimum time for your body to respond, for us to adjust based on what's actually working, and for change to become closer to habit rather than effort.
This isn't a quick fix. It's a long game — played strategically, with someone who knows what to look for and how to adjust as you go.
